Our mission

Help2day provides fast, friendly computer help through guided chat, safe troubleshooting, optional screenshot review, and optional human escalation when an issue needs hands-on support.

Who we help

• Home users with everyday Windows, Mac, Wi-Fi, email, and printer problems.
• Seniors and family members helping seniors — patient, large clear steps.
• Remote workers stuck on Outlook, Microsoft 365, audio/video, VPN basics.
• Small-business owners and solo professionals without in-house IT.

What we don't do

• General-purpose AI assistance — math, homework, creative writing, coding help.
• Legal, medical, financial, or political advice.
• Enterprise tenant administration or server administration.
• Anything that needs your password, MFA code, recovery key, or full card number.
• Risky actions on your computer without your explicit OK and a human reviewer.
